Summary of Facts: Our client was stopped by a police officer after entering the driveway of his home. There had been reports that our client had been operating erratically. Our client was given a standard battery of Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed. Our client refused to take the breathalyzer test and was charged with Driving under the Influence.
